Delivery & Shipping


Recipient May be Contacted: To ensure successful, timely delivery we MUST have the phone number for the recipient or somebody at the delivery address. Please provide us with the best phone number for the recipient. We call only to notify the recipient if we cannot enter the building, no one is available to receive the arrangement, if we cannot find them, or the address is incorrect. We will not call to ruin your surprise. Upon the customer’s request, we are able to contact the recipient to ensure their availability to accept the delivery.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the order in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as left at the doorstep of the residence (or reception area of the business), or with a neighbor. (An additional fee will be applied to the redelivery service).

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is an addition address correction service fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

Substitutions: We strive to complete designs as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made; no two arrangements are exactly alike, and color substitutions of flowers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.

Substitutions for Special Occasions:  Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and/or we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided to us.

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa. Your preferences will be considered whenever we may need to make substitutions.




Due to the overflow of incoming requests at the last minute, we suggest orders to be placed at least 5-7 days in advance especially for holidays and special occasions such as Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Our customers have been delighted with our delivery services. However, we cannot guarantee that every order will be delivered on time if there are problems we cannot control, such as:

à An invalid customer credit card number, or the recipient's address doesn't exist.

à The flowers or product requested are no longer in stock or are out  of season, and the customer is uninterested in a substitution.

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

NEXT DAY DELIVERIESNext day deliveries are limited in availability, and orders must be finalized by 12:00 PM (PST) Monday to Friday.  Next day deliveries are not guaranteed for Saturdays and Sundays.  Although we try our best to accommodate orders placed by this suggested time, it is best to call us to confirm availability. Deliveries are scheduled throughout the day and are likely to be delivered anytime before 8:00 PM on the requested day. A specific time is not guaranteed.  Our minimum order for delivery is $35 before delivery charge and local tax.
