At Golden Bow Gifts & Flowers, we are fully committed to serving our customers in the greater Shoreline area. Because quality is important, we do not take flower orders for deliveries that are out of our delivery area, please call or email us to assure delivery availability to the address you would like a delivery made to.

NEXT DAY DELIVERIES—Next day deliveries are limited in availability, and orders must be finalized by 12:00 PM (PST) Monday to Friday. Next day deliveries are not guaranteed for Saturdays, Sundays, or special holidays. Although we try our best to accommodate orders placed by this suggested time, it is best to call us to confirm availability. Deliveries are scheduled throughout the day and are likely to be delivered anytime before 8:00 PM on the requested day. A specific time is not guaranteed. Our minimum order for delivery is $50 before delivery charge and local tax. All deliveries in Shoreline and Lake Forest Park are $12, unless they require special handling services or are RUSH deliveries. Please contact us if the area you would like us to deliver to is not listed.

DAYS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES MAY BE UNAVIALABLE— Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. Due to the overflow of incoming requests at the last minute, we suggest orders to be placed at least 5-7 days in advance especially for holidays and special occasions.

We are happy to ship gift items out of state, and we can either send it via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Our customers have been delighted with our delivery services. However, we cannot guarantee that every order will be delivered on time if there are problems we cannot control, such as:

à An invalid customer credit card number, or the recipient's address doesn't exist.

à The flowers or product requested are no longer in stock or are out of season, and the customer is uninterested in a substitution.

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.

Same Day Curbside Pick-up orders are not guaranteed for Saturdays, Sundays, or special holidays. Although we try our best to accommodate orders placed by this suggested time, it is best to call us to confirm availability.
